Almost all of our packaging will be from recycled materials, whilst we will look to use as many ingredients as possible from the local area. Our meats are supplied form local free range farms and we use and promote seasonal ingredients wherever possible. This may mean that we have to regularly update the menu to accommodate the seasonal differences, but this ensures you get the best possible flavours.

We promote health & well-being by cooking generous portions of vegetables (5 a day) and staples like whole-grains, cutting down on salt, bad fats, and using no artificial preservatives and additives.

We are active followers of the love food hate waste campaign and incorporate this wherever possible.
